Nashville Educator releases a book on manners for preschool children

(December, 10, 2020): The new book released by Dr. Cassandra Ward, Charlie Rose learns yes ma'am, no ma'am, thank you, and please, is now available for purchase online at chacaspor-llc.myshopify.com. This board book aims at making sure children learn basic manners from 0-4. An official book release will take place on January 30^th, 2021 as a virtual tea party for children. Dr. Ward will read from her book, and children will have an opportunity to participate in a tea party using skills taught in the book.

While working in the local public school system, Dr. Ward recognized a strong need for children to develop good manners at a very early age. This experience led to the development of this book, which provides skills for children to interact socially. This book is the first book of its series, inspired by and named for her granddaughter.

Dr. Ward writes about the everyday life experiences of children. Presently this book is available in Shopify.

About Dr. Ward:

Dr. Cassandra S. Ward is a native of Macon, Georgia.  She is a graduate of Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University. With over 20 years in higher education leadership, she  currently serves as the Associate Dean of Curriculum Evaluation & Effectiveness and Assistant Professor in the Department of Professional and Medical Education.  She also teaches Children’s Church in the local Nashville area.
